बीकानेर : नरेंद्रमोदी तीसरी बार देश के प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली. वहीं राजस्थान से नई मोदी सरकार जिस मंत्री का बड़ा नाम हैं वो है अर्जुन राम मेघवाल. आइए जानते हैं कौन हैं अर्जुन राम मेघवाल जिन्होंने एक बार मंत्री पद की शपथ ली, इससे बीकानेर के लोगो में ख़ुशी की लहर है. उसने निवास पर बधाई देने वाली का ताँता लगा है.
राजस्थान के बीकानेर से चौथी बार सांसद चुनकर आए अर्जुन राम मेघवाल राजस्थान बीजेपी के बड़े दलित चेहरों में से एक हैं. मेघवाल आईएएस आधिकारी रह चुके हैं और साल 2009 में उन्होंने वीआरएस लेकर बीजेपी ज्वॉइन की और बीकानेर से लोकसभा का पहला चुनाव लड़ा और जीत गए. इसके बाद अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने पीछे नहीं देखा.
इसके बाद साल 2014 में भी बीजेपी ने अर्जुन राम मेघवाल पर भरोसा जताया और मेघवाल भरोसे पर कायम उतरे और फिर जीत गए. इसी तरह साल 2019 में भी अर्जुन राम मेघवाल बीजेपी के टिकट पर बीकानेर से ही सांसद चुनकर आए. वहीं इस बार 2024 में भी मेघवाल को बंपर जीत मिल गई.
जब 2014 में नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार आई तो उस सरकार में अर्जुन राम मेघवाल को केंद्रीय वित्त और कॉर्पोरेट राज्य मंत्री की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई. वहीं 2019 की सरकार में भारी उद्योग एवं लोक उद्यम और संसदीय कार्य राज्यमंत्री का प्रभार दिया गया. वहीं पिछली सरकार में अर्जुन राम मेघवाल को कानून मंत्रालय जैसे बड़ी मिनिस्ट्री सौंपी गई, और 2024 में एक बार फिर से यही मंत्रालय सौंपा गया है, इसके बाद से उनके बीकानेर के निवास पर बधाई देने वालों का तांता लगा है.
